Wooden finishing of a metal structure is a set of 600mm-wide slats at cornice level around the structure perimeter. Additional wooden finishing can be added – we provide extra package options by agreement (cladding visible metal elements of the structure with wooden trims, wooden or metal railings with handrails, soft transparent roll-up PVC windows.
The structural frame is made of square and rectangular tubes (black metal) with wall thickness from 2 to 4 mm. Frame parts are supplied to the customer ready-made and fully painted with high-quality primers and paints – materials are selected considering outdoor use.
The frame is collapsible. It is recommended to remove the awning for the winter period.
Average speed of production and installation works for structures up to 500m2:
- Order production – 4 weeks.
- Installation: assembly 2–3 days, disassembly 1 day.
The floor of this summer venue is made of large metal frames with the ability to level differences in the base height under the venue. Shelves with holes for joists are welded into the frames + wooden joists + decking from pine terrace board painted with special antiseptic impregnations that preserve wood for a long time from negative effects of aggressive environmental factors (rot, wood-boring insects, UV fading, moisture, temperature fluctuations). If you order our structure with flooring, no foundation is required. Even if the site for the planned summer cafe is just soil, it will be enough to place large concrete slabs under the support points of the floor frame. Thus, thanks to the carefully thought-out design, you save money.
Also, in addition to offering design and production of a cafe metal structure, we offer our furniture, waiter stations, collapsible kitchens, and bars.
In the visualization for project «Wood Luxury-2», outdoor furniture of our own production is used, model «Rose».
The base for furniture of this garden furniture collection is a metal frame, which ensures excellent strength characteristics. The wood used to produce “Rose” garden furniture is dry high-quality joinery pine board. All parts are treated with special antiseptics and decorative color impregnation even before assembly so that the wood is subsequently protected from such adverse outdoor factors as rot, propagation of wood fungus, infestation by wood-boring insects, sun fading, and moisture.
Such furniture can become an excellent solution for summer cafes and restaurants.
